What Acompañantes Offer
At Montuna, we believe every person deserves compassionate, culturally rooted, and nonjudgmental support as they navigate their reproductive health decisions. The Acompañantes are here to walk alongside you—not to tell you what to do, but to help you feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout your journey.
Their Commitment
Acompañantes honor your autonomy, your values, and your decisions. They meet you where you are, without shame, judgment, or assumptions. Their role is not to direct your choices, but to ensure you have access to information, support, and compassionate accompaniment along the way.
What Happens Next?
Once you submit the form, a member of Montuna will connect you with one of the Acompañantes within 48–72 hours. We will do our best to connect you with someone whose experience, language, and approach align with your needs.

Depending on your needs and the experience of the acompañante, support may include guidance around comfort measures, rest, nourishment, traditional healing practices, herbs, body-based care, grief support, and integrating the experience into your life.

Many of our acompañantes draw from ancestral, community-based, and reproductive justice traditions that honor the wisdom, dignity, and autonomy of every person.
-
Support may be offered by phone, text, video call, or in person when available, allowing you to receive care in the way that feels most accessible and supportive to you.
