Perinatal Loss & Grief Support
What support do you offer for pregnancy or infant loss?
I provide one-on-one grief support, guidance for memorial planning, and gentle follow-up care to help families navigate emotional, physical, and spiritual challenges. I also support at-home pregnancy losses, helping with physiological changes and comfort.
Can I reach out if my loss happened a while ago?
Absolutely. Grief has no timeline. Whether your loss was recent or years ago, you’re always welcome to connect when you feel ready.
Do you provide support for partners and family members?
Yes. I support partners, grandparents, and siblings—everyone’s grief journey matters. Sessions can take place at our center or in your home.
Postpartum & Reproductive Transition Care
What’s included in your postpartum care services?
Postpartum care includes physical check-ups, emotional support, breastfeeding/lactation guidance, newborn care tips, and referrals as needed. I incorporate womb sobadas (massage), herbal support, ancestral Cuarentena practices, and meal prep guidance to promote holistic recovery.
When should I schedule my postpartum visit?
Ideally within the first week after birth, but I’m available whenever you need—days, weeks, or months postpartum.
Can you help with postpartum emotions or mood changes?
Yes. I provide compassionate emotional support and can connect you with additional mental health resources if needed. You are never alone.
Sexual & Reproductive Health Education
What topics are covered in your sexual and reproductive health classes and consults?
Sessions cover fertility, menstrual health, contraception, menopause, body literacy, and LGBTQIA+ inclusive care. Education is private, respectful, and empowering.
Are your services only for women or birthing people?
Everyone is welcome—regardless of gender identity, reproductive history, or family structure. My space is fully inclusive and affirming.
Do you offer teen or parent-teen sexual health education?
Yes! I provide supportive, age-appropriate education for teens and families to build confidence and accurate understanding of sexual and reproductive health.
