Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Perinatal Loss Support

Q1: What kind of support do you offer for pregnancy or infant loss?
A: I offer one-on-one grief support sessions, guidance through memorial planning, and gentle follow-up care to help families navigate this tender time emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I also support families pass their pregnancies at home, and help them navigate the physiological changes and discomforts.

Q2: Can I reach out even if my loss was a while ago?
A: Absolutely. Grief has no timeline. Whether your loss happened recently or years ago, you're always welcome to connect when you're ready.

Q3: Do you work with partners or families too?
A: Yes, I offer support for partners, grandparents, and siblings. Everyone’s grief journey matters. We can schedule sessions at our center or at your own space.

Postpartum Care

Q4: What’s included in your postpartum care services?
A: My postpartum care includes physical check-ups, emotional support, breastfeeding/lactation guidance, newborn care tips, and referrals when needed. I tailor every visit to your needs, and include physical healing with womb sobos (massage) and herbal elements, as well as meal prepping . I do this centering Cuarentena ancestral practices.

Q5: How soon after birth should I schedule a visit?
A: Ideally, we’ll connect within the first week after birth, but I’m here whenever you need—days, weeks, or even months postpartum.

Q6: Can you help if I’m struggling with postpartum emotions?
A: Yes. I offer compassionate support and can help you find additional mental health resources if needed. You’re not alone.
