How to Book an Appointment

Whether it’s your first time reaching out or you’re returning for continued care, we want to make sure your experience is smooth, supportive, and centered on your needs.

New Clients – Let’s Begin with a Free Consult

If this is your first time working with us, we’d love to get to know you.
We start all new clients with a complimentary 30-minute consult. This initial session allows us to:

  • Learn more about you, your body, and your medical history

  • Understand your goals, concerns, and care preferences

  • Begin building the trust and connection necessary for holistic healing

Book this session to make sure we’re offering you the most aligned and informed care possible.

Returning Clients – Welcome Back!

If you’ve worked with us before and would like to book an in-person session, just email us directly.
If it’s been more than a year since your last visit, we recommend scheduling a new consult first—your needs and life may have shifted, and we want to meet you where you are now.
