How to Book an Appointment

Scheduling care with Montuna is designed to be simple, supportive, and centered on you—whether you’re reaching out for the first time or continuing an ongoing care relationship.

New Clients: Start with a Free 30-Minute Consultation

If you’re new to Montuna, we begin with a complimentary 30-minute consult. This session helps ensure your care is aligned, trauma-informed, and responsive to your needs.

During this consult, we will:

  • Learn about your health history, body, and lived experiences

  • Understand your goals, concerns, and care preferences

  • Determine which services best support your journey

  • Begin building trust and connection for holistic healing

Book your free consult to explore how we can support you with care that honors your whole self.

Returning Clients: Welcome Back

If you’ve worked with us before, you’re welcome to book your next in-person or virtual session by emailing us directly.

If it’s been more than one year since your last visit, we recommend scheduling a new consult to ensure your current needs, life changes, and goals are fully supported.
